Payment terms are [insert: e.g. payment on delivery / 30 days from invoice]. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

For legal aid cases, we understand that payment is typically made after the solicitor bill is assessed by the LAA. We are happy to discuss payment arrangements for legal aid work.

All translations are produced by qualified legal translators and reviewed by a second linguist. We certify that our translations are true and accurate renderings of the original documents.

If you identify any errors in a delivered translation, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will correct genuine errors at no additional charge. Disputes about translation accuracy will be resolved by reference to an independent third-party linguist.
